• Set-up new utility service - Water, Electric, Cable, Trash & HOA 
• Expert advice on repair options - I have extensive contracting experience 
• Obtain estimates for you - hire and supervise contractors in your absence 
• Establish escrow account to pay local material and service providers 
• Document and report progress of repairs from start to finish 

Occasional Home Check to Rental Property Management

If you don't plan on using your home for a while, why not off-set your expenses with rental income? We provide the following services for many of our clients:

• Advertise rental, screen tenants with extensive background & credit checks 
• Perform minor repairs & maintenance, subcontract larger repairs with approval 
• Handle all tenant rent collection, service calls and escrow for local bill paying 
• Provide quarterly accounting of all transactions and forward funds to you
